DREAM
An adaptation of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream by Kate Twa

Building on everything we’ve learned, we’re now preparing Dream, a reimagining of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, told not by nobles, but by the Mechanicals: the workers, the makers, the overlooked storytellers. This is their version. Unvarnished, heartfelt, and deeply human. A tale remembered not from the court, but from the wings.

They were cast aside, comic relief in someone else’s dream—one transformed, quite literally, into an ass. But they saw what others missed.
From the shadows and scaffolds, they gathered the glimmers. They traced the cracks in the tale, the beauty in its broken edges. And now they step forward—not to correct the story, but to reclaim it.

Our Dream will take place at three of the South Okanagan’s most enchanting outdoor venues: Tinhorn Creek Vineyards’ Amphitheatre. The Old Grist Mill, and Linden Gardens. Each space hums with its own perfect poetry—sunlit vines, tangled garden paths, weathered beams and stone. Not backdrops, but thresholds between the magic imagined, and the beauty already there.

Starring: Justin Derickson, Chantal Ethier, Edward Foy, Mae Glerum, Anita Hallewas, Mia Harris, Andy Kalirai, and Colter McLean

Potions: an immersive wine experience

Potions is an original immersive theatrical presentation paired with wine. The audience is invited into Tinhorn Creek’s cellar to taste wine and experience performances exploring our human passions--  in all their delightful, dark, and mysterious messiness. We will time travel to the year 2039 where all art and wine have been outlawed for 15 years. This unique and exciting tour will plunge you into a secret underground world of original art and delectable wines. For all human history, art and culture have been entwined, so together, we can renew our understanding and appreciation for both and have a lot of fun doing it! This is an experience created in partnership with Tinhorn Creek, Tempest Theatre, Cat's Paw Productions and UBCO.  You don’t want to miss it!

This ticket includes a complementary wine tasting featuring a flight of 5 of Tinhorn Creek’s wines chosen specifically for this event, as well as an additional special pour selected by head winemaker Leandro Nosal.

Performers: Dawn Bassett, Jessica Davidson, Chantal Ethier, Kailee Fawcett, Mia Harris, Denise Kenney, Moon Makepeace, Colter McLean, Julie Oliver, Natasha Rosie, and Kyler Sahlmark.
